Sandpiper Bay Homeowners Association is located just east of Michigan Road and 96th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our 88 homes (in 14 buildings) are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Sandpiper Bay Homeowners Association, managed by Property Services Group.

Please include your name and address on your check or money order and submit it by the first of each month in the amount of $225.00.

Insurance Info
Homeowners need a HO6 Policy. The association covers the external building.

Maintenance Requests

Trash
Trash is picked up Thursday by Waste Management. Two heavy items are allowed on the second full week of each month, picked up on your regular trash pick-up day.

The swimming pool and clubhouse, located on the corner of Valley Farms Road and Eagle Valley Pass, are owned and operated by your neighbors at Western Homeowners Association.
