Chapel Woods Co-Owners Association is located on West 10th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana 46234. The 59 condos are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Chapel Ridge Co-owners Association, managed by Property Services Group, Inc.

Homeowners will need to be covered by a HO6 Policy.
The association's insurance plan covers the building's exterior.
