The Village
Country Village Homeowners Association is located at Crawfordsville Road and Dandy Trail in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our 108 units (in 27 buildings) are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Country Village Homeowners Association, managed by Property Services Group. This community is a Planned Unit Development (PUD).

Insurance Info
Homeowners need a HO6 Policy. The association covers the external building.
For a certificate of insurance, please call Nationwide Insurance at 317-591-2660.
Maintenance Requests
Something in need of repair? Click on the button below to complete a service request within the portal. You may also call in to submit a work order directly to the managing company, Property Services Group, at 317-837-9860.
Trash
Trash is picked up Monday by Waste Management. Two heavy items are allowed each month, picked up on your regular trash pick-up day.

Amenities
The swimming pool and clubhouse, located on the corner of Valley Farms Road and Eagle Valley Pass, are owned and operated by your neighbors at Western Homeowners Association.
