Crooked Creek Condominiums Homeowners Association is located off of Payne Road Indianapolis, Indiana 46268. The 152 condos are individually owned and pay a monthly maintenance fee each month to the Crooked Creek Homeowners Association, managed by Property Services Group, Inc.

HOA Payments
Please include your name and address on your check or money order and submit it by the first of each month in the amount of $271.80.

Insurance Info
Homeowners will need to be covered by a HO6 Policy.
The association's insurance plan covers the building's exterior.

Maintenance Requests

Trash
Trash is picked up Friday by Waste Management. Trash receptacles should be returned to their enclosed storage location, by Saturday, after pickup.
