Carolina Commons Homeowners Association is located on East County 100 Road North in Avon, IN 46123. The 112 single family homes are individually owned and pay a semi-annual maintenance fee to Carolina Commons Homeowners Association. The community is managed by Property Services Group, Inc.

HOA Payments
Please include your name and address on your check or money order and submit it semi-annually by the first of the month in January and July in the amount of $125.00.

Insurance Info
Homeowners will need to be covered by a HO6 Policy.
The association's insurance plan covers the building's exterior.

Trash
Trash pick up is each homeowner's responsibility. Please contract with a company and be sure to promptly remove your trash receptacle after pickup.
